The fees listed above apply to post-booking services such as cancellations, refunds, ticket exchanges, and itinerary modifications. These charges are separate from any airline penalties, fare differences, or government taxes that may apply.

Certain requests may require additional processing depending on the airline's policies and the type of fare purchased. Final approval for cancellations, refunds, or ticket changes is subject to the airline's rules and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

All cancellations, refunds, ticket exchanges, and travel modifications are processed in accordance with the applicable airline's fare rules and policies.

Service fees are charged on a per passenger, per ticket basis where applicable and are generally non-refundable once the requested service has been processed.

Airline penalties, fare differences, taxes, and supplier charges may apply in addition to the service fees shown above.

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the fare conditions of the purchased ticket and approval from the respective airline.

Tickets classified as non-refundable may not qualify for a refund unless an exception is approved directly by the airline.

Requests involving medical emergencies, bereavement, duplicate bookings, visa issues, denied boarding, name corrections, or other exceptional circumstances may require supporting documentation before they can be reviewed.

Any special service requested through our customer support team is subject to airline approval and applicable fees.
